It was my pleasure to photograph my daughter's favorite teacher and her family!  I've always heard about Mrs.Dayus this... and Mrs.Dayus that... and when I had the opportunity to meet her and her cute family it all finally made sense!  Mrs.Dayus is just as amazing as my daughter had always told me and I loved getting to know her and her adorable family. These girls have more energy than an entire room of kids, but that energy kept me on my toes and smiling the whole time. Just look at that smile! So much spunk and sweetest in that face, I love it!  We had a great time capturing family moments at the nursery.  Enjoy some of my favs from their session.

Sometimes people come into your life that are just a blessing..this is the story of the Hernandez family.  Somehow Facebook brought us together and I'm so very thankful.  I got to meet these awesome new parents and their new gift from God, baby Adrian.  I loved this session from the moment I walked into their Carlsbad home.  The home was beautifully decorated and I could tell much thought had gone into making this house a home.  Its the perfect place to welcome a child and start a family.  I loved capturing moments between the three of them as they looked at their new son with adoration and loved his sweet face as he gazed at them.  This little guy stayed awake until the very end of the session, I guess we finally tired him out! I am so thrilled with the images from their session.  I know they will cherish these photographs for years to come.  Here are some of my favorites from their lifestyle newborn session.

Ah! I loved this session!  This family was so rad!  They genuinely like being together and it was so fun to watch them interact with each other.  I knew right away that they would be easy to work with.  We cruised around the trails in the forest and captured some beautiful moments.  I love the shots of mom with her kiddos. So cute! I know she will treasure those images forever. We even got a few shots with Clarinda their black lab. Oh, and I love the flannels!  They are so fun and the colors are such a great pop against the natural environment. Take a peek at some of my favorites from their family moments session.
