I had a great time photographing this handsome guys senior photos at the Oceanside Pier!  I love that he brought things that matter to him like his letterman jacket and his pup and he chose his happy place for the location.  Senior sessions are all about the senior and what makes them who they are. This beauty shines just as bright as her name suggests! I've known Star for several years, she played softball with my daughter and her little brother plays baseball with my younger son.  I was honored to photograph her senior portraits! We ventured around Balboa Park capturing moments along the way and ended the evening in the rose garden. It's so pretty friends!  Not only is this girl a natural beauty, she is so kind, a little shy but a stud on the softball field.  I had a great time with her! You guys! This light for Lily's senior session was amazing! I'll be honest, the beach can have a lot of variables that can make or break a session.  The wind, the marine layer, the tides, and that harsh sun that goes from sunny to gone in a few minutes! But there are sessions like this that have me swooning over them. Lily is a natural beauty, I'm pretty sure she looks good in anything and hardly any makeup.  She reminds me of a mermaid.  She just belongs at the beach!  I had a great time meeting her and running around the wet sand capturing her images.  Cheers to your senior year Lily! This guy was fun to photograph.  I've known him since he was about 10 years old so I was able to tease him a little! Haha! I had a good time! He has this quiet strength about him.  He's stoic and reserved but I know there is this other side just waiting to be released.  I was up to my antics to get a real smile for mom!  He probably thinks I'm loco, maybe he's onto something!  Either way, I got that smile and mama was happy!  Cheers to your senior year Kobe!  Here are a few of my favs from his session on the ranch...

I had fun hanging with Josh for his senior session in the Encinitas village!  We got out just in time for the craziness of the Encinitas Christmas parade. There were people everywhere! The sand between your toes, the warm sunlight on your skin and the fresh sea salt air...you take a deep breath and all your troubles melt away.  We are blessed with amazing beaches here in San Diego.  Many flock to our beaches during the summer months and that is what brought this blue eyed blondie to our town.  I was so excited when I got a phone call from Paige's mama!  She googled photographers in our area and had decided I was the perfect fit for her daughters senior photos!  They travel here every summer for family vacation and it holds a special place in their heart.  What better location than Oceanside to have her photos taken.  Paige was just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside.
