Elisa's radiant smile perfectly shows the beauty within! I had a great time capturing this sweet girl's senior portraits in Carlsbad.  She wanted a bit of the village followed by the beach and that's just what she got! It's been fun watching this girl grow up from a young middle schooler into the beautiful young woman you see here.  She's smart, athletic, kind and has a huge heart for the Lord! Miss Tayah was a dream to photograph! This girl is so good in front of the camera! Not only is she gorgeous, she has a passion for giving back to the community and I just love that about her.  When I look for my WCP senior models I always look for girls who are making our community better and Tayah does just that! You guys! This light for Lily's senior session was amazing! I'll be honest, the beach can have a lot of variables that can make or break a session.  The wind, the marine layer, the tides, and that harsh sun that goes from sunny to gone in a few minutes! But there are sessions like this that have me swooning over them. Lily is a natural beauty, I'm pretty sure she looks good in anything and hardly any makeup.  She reminds me of a mermaid.  She just belongs at the beach!  I had a great time meeting her and running around the wet sand capturing her images.  Cheers to your senior year Lily! Hannah {Class of 2017} | High School Memories | Laguna Beach Photographer

This was a super fun session for me!  This beautiful girl right here is my niece Hannah.  She drove down the hill a couple of hours just so I could do her senior photos.  I was so honored when she asked me to take them.  She's our first niece, and I can't believe she is going off to college in a couple of months.  Her mama was pregnant with her when I first started dating my husband, I fell in love with her as soon as she was born. She was so tiny and adorable and I adored her.  I still adore her, she's gorgeous as you can see, but she is also strong, and sensitive, funny, sassy, loyal, determined, and has a beautiful soul.  We started her session in the adorable little downtown of Laguna Beach.  She, like so many teens is in love with the beach so Laguna was a perfect fit.  We captured moments in the town and then headed to the beach.  The beaches in Laguna are stunning and I love how this particular beach is almost like a cove and there are tide pools.  The marine layer rolled in quickly so our time was cut short but we came prepared and had a little fun with lights in the low light.  I love the images from Hannah's session.  They are beautiful, fun, and most of all, show exactly who she is at this moment in her life.  Enjoy some of my favorites from her session!
