This was a super fun session for me!  This beautiful girl right here is my niece Hannah.  She drove down the hill a couple of hours just so I could do her senior photos.  I was so honored when she asked me to take them.  She's our first niece, and I can't believe she is going off to college in a couple of months.  Her mama was pregnant with her when I first started dating my husband, I fell in love with her as soon as she was born. She was so tiny and adorable and I adored her.  I still adore her, she's gorgeous as you can see, but she is also strong, and sensitive, funny, sassy, loyal, determined, and has a beautiful soul.  We started her session in the adorable little downtown of Laguna Beach.  She, like so many teens is in love with the beach so Laguna was a perfect fit.  We captured moments in the town and then headed to the beach.  The beaches in Laguna are stunning and I love how this particular beach is almost like a cove and there are tide pools.  The marine layer rolled in quickly so our time was cut short but we came prepared and had a little fun with lights in the low light.  I love the images from Hannah's session.  They are beautiful, fun, and most of all, show exactly who she is at this moment in her life.  Enjoy some of my favorites from her session!

I don't photograph weddings often, but every time I do I'm taken back to the day of my own wedding, 17 years ago.  All the memories of that day fill me with happiness!  It was my absolute pleasure to capture moments from the day of our uncle's wedding.  Everything about this beach wedding was beautiful! It was extra special since they wrote their own vows and they had all of their children there to support and witness their wedding to one another.  Congratulations Matt & Johanna!  May your marriage be blessed with abundant joy and blessings!  Enjoy some images from their Laguna beach wedding.
