Joining the fire family has been a wonderful experience for my family and I.  We've been fortunate to meet such cool families over the past few years, and the Botz family is no exception.  I was super excited when they asked me to photograph them this year.  We had a great time together!  I love their sense of humor and the kids are just too cute!  Miss C is one of my favs, she will always compliment you on what you are wearing!  Who doesn't love a kid like that?  She is now my new BFF! And the little man... he is all boy...every inch of him!  And those cheeks, they get me every time!  It was my pleasure capturing this awesome family, I hope you enjoy so shots from their session.

Another glowing mama to share!  I enjoy giving back to the community and from time to time I donate a free mini session to a worthy cause.  This beautiful couple was the recipient of a session donated to a local silent auction last Christmas.  I was even more excited when I found out who they were...my hubby and Erin went to Paramedic School together a few years back!  Now that's a small world! It's always fun to photograph another fire family!  Isn't she a stunning mom-to-be?  I wish I had looked this good when I was having kids.  Some people get all the luck!  Congratulations Jenn & Erin!  You are going to be amazing parents to your new baby girl!  Thank you for allowing me to capture your simple, beautiful moments!

Kerrie + Bryan | And Then Comes Baby | San Diego Maternity Photographer

I love meeting new faces!  This beautiful mama contacted me after seeing a friend's session on Facebook.  She originally wanted a newborn session but then decided to do a maternity session as well.  I'm glad she did!  This was my first official maternity session of my own and I loved every minute of it.  I loved being pregnant myself and enjoy talking with expecting mothers.  There is so much excitement and anticipation!  There are the crazy stories about cravings, weird things that happen to our bodies while carrying a child and the amazing experience of growing a child in your body!  This is such a special time in a couple's life and I am honored to have had the opportunity to capture the moment.  This little guy has made his arrival and I'm excited to meet him this weekend!  Kerrie and Bryan I know you will make amazing parents!  Congratulations!
