I had the best time with these ladies while photographing our Country Girl styled shoot at Daley Ranch. I give them an inspiration board and they do the rest. They knocked it out of the park! It was a bit of a hike but we made it and it was worth it.  The girls have really grown as a team and have so much fun together.  There were so many laughs and fun to be had.  I cherish these moments with them before they head off into the world.  Enjoy some of the favs from our shoot at the Ranch.

Anna Sophia | Class of 2018 | San Diego Senior Photographer

I loved getting to photograph beautiful Anna Sophia in North Park and Balboa Park for her Ultimate Boutique senior experience!  She's a sweetheart and is obviously a stunner!  We met up at Ragz Revolution for her personal styling session where she found these hip urban outfits! I love the vegan jacket and skirt! They add that edgy vibe!  We the headed to HMUA to get the finishing touches before we headed downtown for her session.  When Anna and I were chatting about her session she said she wanted vibrant color and also mentioned her love for Frida Kahlo.  I knew these locations with vibrant color and hispanic heritage would be the perfect fit!  We even found this amazing wall mural of Freida in Artelexia! Score! All in all, we had a great time capturing Anna's senior portraits! Enjoy a few favs from her session!

This guy! He's too much! "Berg" as we call him is a good friend of my son's.  They've been friends all through high school and it's been fun watching that little freshman kid turn into a kind gentleman! We had a great time wandering around Escondido for his urban session! It's the perfect setting for what he described! There were lots of laughs with this one and his sweet mom and dad.  They are a riot! I was honored to capture this time for them as their only son is off to college.  Berg will be attending NAU in the fall! Congrats kid! We're proud of you and can't wait to see what the future holds!

Moiraine was a hoot to photograph as you can see from the first image! She was up for anything! I love that she had fun with her session.  Her mom said I captured the essence of who she is! That makes my heart happy! We had a great time photographing her senior portraits at Lake Hodges.  Its such pretty nature location and we happened to be there just in time for some spring flowers! Some photographers say they don't really like to photograph guys, they just aren't comfortable with it.  Maybe it's because I have my own sons, maybe it's because all my life I've felt guys are easy to get along with, whatever it is, sessions like this prove that guys can be just as much fun as the ladies! Chris was so great to work with!  I met him and his family for his session in Escondido.  I'm so glad they trusted me to try a new location.  I had first met them at his older sister's senior session take a peek here, then again I captured memories when another older sister had her first baby take a peek here so I guess they knew they could count on me.  I love the images from Chris's session, they make me happy.  It was fun capturing images with his snazzy car to finish the night too!  Enjoy some of my favs from his urban senior session!
