I had the best time with these ladies while photographing our Country Girl styled shoot at Daley Ranch. I give them an inspiration board and they do the rest. They knocked it out of the park! It was a bit of a hike but we made it and it was worth it.  The girls have really grown as a team and have so much fun together.  There were so many laughs and fun to be had.  I cherish these moments with them before they head off into the world.  Enjoy some of the favs from our shoot at the Ranch.

I had a great time photographing this handsome guys senior photos at the Oceanside Pier!  I love that he brought things that matter to him like his letterman jacket and his pup and he chose his happy place for the location.  Senior sessions are all about the senior and what makes them who they are. Desert Escape | ROLEmodel 20 Team Shoot | Anza Borrego Desert

I had the best time with my ROLEmodel20 team in the desert last weekend!  We got together for a overnight campout and a fun styled shoot.  One of the best parts of the ROLEmodel team is the opportunity for the girls to meet and befriend girls from around the county.  They make a bond with each other that lasts beyond their year with me. I wanted to give them an opportunity to hang out and just have fun together. 

The week before they met me at Blues and Shoes Boutique in Carlsbad for a private styling session with the owner.  She styled them in these fun animal prints.  I love the outfits against this neutral background, they really pop. 

We packed our bags and they met me in the desert for a fun getaway. They set up tents and then they got ready for the shoot. We headed to the Sandstone Canyon for a unique desert backdrop. I love this location!

They had a great time laughing and being silly together while we shot.  I love letting them take the lead during styled shoots, I want their input and for their personalities to shine. It's also fun to try out some different posing and just be a little more creative.

After our shoot, we came back to camp for a little surprise Friendsgiving! They loved it.  They chatted around the table for a long time like old friends.  My heart was full!
